During the phone call, we will also:

• Answer any questions regarding the forms of insurance we accept, including HMO’s and PPO’s. This includes your benefits, along with what is covered.
• Any questions about finance options can also be discussed, including the payment options available to you or your loved one.
• We will also help you set a date of admission and can even accommodate same day admissions in the right circumstances.
• We also walk patients through a checklist of what can and cannot be brought into the facility, as well as make recommendations for their stay.
