Why Ranch Creek Recovery is So Different!

As you review your heroin treatment program options, a few of the most important questions to ask will be:

  • How many clients are in the treatment program together?
  • What are your max group sizes?
  • Does your program offer individual assessments and therapy by licensed clinicians?

These are very important questions to ask because it will illustrate how individualized the treatment program really will be for you or your loved one. If you are in a program with say, 10, 25, or 40 other people, you are just not going to get the attention you really need and deserve.

That is why Ranch Creek Recovery has been developed to provide a private and intimate setting which sets us apart from other heroin rehab centers. Our talented treatment team accomplishes this by keeping our maximum client caseload at a maximum of 6 for the entire program. Most other Heroin addiction treatment centers are overcrowded; they’re made to force as many clients into the program as possible. If a program has a high census of 12-50 clients at the same time, you are getting less attention and less care.

Non-12 Step Approach – Heroin Addiction Treatment Center in California

Non-12 Step ApproachRanch Creek Recovery is an evidence based treatment program that focuses on treatment modalities that are proven to work. If you have attended 12 step meetings or programs in the past and these have not worked for you, Ranch Creek Recovery is a successful alternative.

A non-12 step approach will focus on you as an individual to get down to the core of underlying mental health and medical conditions. We start with in-depth assessments and utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and equine assisted therapy, as well as traditional talk and group therapy sessions, during the treatment process. We understand that everyone comes from a unique background and has different specific conditions which will need to be addressed.

Following rehab from heroin, we encourage our clients to take part in support communities for their continued recovery, such as SMART Recovery or 12 step meetings, but we leave the choice to the client.
