Ranch Creek Recovery is a drug treatment facility that specializes in drug and alcohol treatment, federal laws protect the privacy and confidentiality of information about your health, health care, and payment for services related to your health.

Confidentiality of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Information:

Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Regulations (45 C.F.R. Parts  160 and 164): HIPAA protects all health information that identifies an individual, not just drug and alcohol-related information.


When you browse through our website, we gather and temporarily store technical information about your visit. This information does not identify who you are.

If you’re currently enrolled in our treatment programs and would like to revoke your authorization, please hand-deliver a written statement to your counselor or mail it to the facility business office. If you have been discharged, your will need to deliver a written statement to the attention of the facility Business Office.

Ranch Creek Recovery keeps your data confidential to the best of our ability.   5. To report to governmental agencies as required such as public health and FDA requirements, law enforcement, coroners, judicial or administrative hearings, and licensing board inquiries.

If there is an incident of the aforementioned above Ranch Creek Recovery will release a minimum amount of protected health information to satisfy any request or to remain in compliance. You must be warned that Ranch Creek Recovery and its employees operate as mandated reporters of child abuse,  elder abuse, and mental health conditions that result in crisis.


We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. Please note that information collected by third parties may not have the same security protections as information you submit to us, and we are not responsible for protecting the security of such information.


This Site does not provide services or sell products to minors, or individuals under the age of 18. Our Site is operated in accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act, and we will not knowingly collect or use personally identifiable information from anyone under 13.
